So I came across this ad for WODE perfume (which I've never heard of) on Jezebel and a lot of things cross my mind at once.
1. I admit that I find the image compelling in some way, but I'm not sure how appropriate I find it. I think it's too easy to simply label it misogynist but the violence is kind of upsetting. At the same time, I do think it's a pretty cool way to illustrate the fact that the perfume is colored.
2. WTF? Colored perfume? That stains? Interesting concept but not really viable in the market.
